WSIS Thematic Meeting on “Economic and Social Implications of ICT” – Report

Representatives from 39 countries met in Antigua, Guatemala from January 17-19, 2005 to discuss the impact of ICTs on the economic growth and trade competitiveness of developing countries. Makes conclusions on the best policies and practices for governments, social partners, international organizations, statistical offices and research organizations to adopt for enabling SMEs to increase their productivity.
