Organizes national cybersecurity policy around four major domains: intelligence, defense, civil, and law enforcement/counterintelligence (CI). The model also lists the key government players in safeguarding the US cyber realm: The National Cybersecurity Center, U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team, Joint-Task Force Global Network Operations, National Cyber Investigative Joint-Task Force, Intelligence Community Incidence Response Center, NSA/CSS Threat Operations Center, and the Defense Cyber Crime Unit.
