Abstract:
Discusses what is a cyber attack and how they relate to criminal law domestically and internationally. Suggests international organizations are used to regulate cyber attacks both directly and indirectly. Explores deficits in existing law and suggestions for improvements that can be made. Existing tools for responding to cyber attacks are inadequate. It is clear a new legal framework is necessary. How can the law of war be used for cyber attacks and other legal regimes be used to regulate cyber attacks.
