Conclusions of the South Eastern Europe Ministerial Conference on the Information Society

Considers the i2010 Initiative and the eSEE (Electronic South Eastern Europe) Initiative as legal frameworks for developing a sustainable information society compliant with the European Convention on Human Rights in South Eastern Europe. Modifies deadlines of the eSEE Agenda for the Development of the Information Society in member countries while acknowledging the importance of building confidence among ICT users and potential of e-Business models.
