A Climate Change Plan for the Purposes of the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act

Canada's plan to address climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) in an economically and environmentally beneficial way. As a participant in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Canada has been working to combat climate change on an international level. Includes federal protocols developed to reduce carbon emissions in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act (KPIA).
