Africa Transformation-Ready: The Strategic Application of ICTs to Climate Change

Abstract: 
Examines how information communication technologies (ICTs) can influence the economy, enviornment/climate change and social challenges that occur in Africa. Research includes best practices and new uses for ICTs relating to climate change, identify techniques that have had a signifigant impact on places in Africa and show how they can be expanded, understand constraints of ICTs.
