Adapting to Climate Change: Towards a European Framework for Action

Examines the important steps to addressing climate change in the EU. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and take "adaptation action" to deal with the unavoidable impacts of climate change. Climate change has economic and social impacts -- most affecting the elderly, disabled and low-income households.
