World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) - Tunis Agenda for the Information Society

This document addresses the financial mechanisms for the global development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and issues of internet governance. IT calls for a "multi-stakeholder policy dialogue"‌ and "multilingualization of the Internet."‌ It also addresses implementation and follow-up to the goals set out by the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) to harness the advantages of ICTs as a tool for global development. Implementation is detailed at national, regional, and international levels.
