Abstract:

Informational handout on how UNESCO is incubating the developmental capacity of parliamentary science committees to advance the growth of science and technology research in their respective countries. Recognizes the current policy systems UNESCO utilizes to advance its global mission and recommends ways in which the legislation process can be further improved to help span the guide between policy and practice in science and technology areas.
