Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection

Founded in 2002, the I3P is a national consortium of academic institutions, laboratories, and nonprofit research organizations focused on developing methods for overcoming cybersecurity challenges. The I3P supports public awareness and education programs, sponsors multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional research, advises business, industry, and government stakeholders, transfers security solutions to end-users, and gathers data to support decisions made by businesses and government institutions.
