An Initial View on Methodologies for Emission Baselines: Cement Case Study

This study explores if and how emission baselines for different types of Joint Implementation or Clean Development Mechanism projects in the cement sector could be standardized. It discusses the feasibility of standardizing emission baselines for different project types, and indicates possible baseline levels or methodologies for selected project types. Case studies from China, the Czech Republic and India are used.
