Informational trends for organizations in information society

Abstract: 
Companies manage money, raw materials, machines, human resources, and information. Within the global market, modern methods for planning, coordination, and control must acknowledge information and communications technology progress. Argues that modern computing technology supports dematerialization, complement computing technology in representing an exploitative method of functional and constructive advantages, are codified inside companies, and represent two best-known information approaches (Sources and manifestations of information dematerialization). Models of implementing informational management: technocratic-utopist, anarchic, feudal, monarchic, and federal. Main differences between a virtual enterprise and cyber-enerprice: geographically dispersed, space and time differences, remote acces, ITC technologies, geographic dispersion, and multiple interactions.
