Critical Terminology Foundations (updated version)

This report presents a critical set of concepts relating to cyberspace and cyber conflict. It results from a track-two collaboration between EastWest Institute and Moscow State University's Information Security Institute. The aim is to offer clear and useful definitions and establish agreed global standards in the cyber and information domains. The first report was released in 2011. And the updated version added 20 more agreed terms.
