The World Business Council for Sustainable Development

The WBCSD is a coalition of more than 200 international companies that advocates sustainable development through economic growth, ecological balance and social progress. This association believes that "business has a critical role to play in providing solutions towards a more inclusive, low-carbon and resource-efficient world"‌ by focusing on four key areas: energy and climate, development, the business role, and ecosystems.
