Road & Transport Authority Annual Statistical Report 2011

"RTA is responsible for planning and providing the requirements of transport, roads & traffic in the Emirate of Dubai, and between Dubai and other Emirates of the UAE, neighbouring countries in order to provide an effective & an integrated transport system capable of achieving Dubai's vision & serving the vital interests of the Emirate." This report has been prepared by the Statistics Section for the year 2011 to provide Statistics of Labour Force, Roads, Fleet and Passengers for the year and to compare them with the previous years' statistics."
