Abstract:
The Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council for Critical Infrastructure Protection and Homeland Security, which supports research initiatives for the protection of physical and electronic infrastructures of the Banking and Finance sector, outlined these top priorities for research: Advancing the State of the Art in Designing and Testing Secure Applications, More Secure and Resilient Financial Transaction Systems, Enrollment and Identity Credential Management, Data Centric Protection Strategies, Better Measures of Value of Security Investments. The FSSCC urges the financial services industry to enhance the security and resiliency of its networks.
