Dubai's official website of the water and electricity sectors' independent regulator. The website shows all initiatives to reduce consumptions of water, electricity and, thus, energy. The RSB is the licensing governmental body of of power and water producers, as well as wastewater treatment facilities. The Bureau produces reports on production and consumption as well as the sector's annual performance and plans.
