NCCDPHP works to prevent death and disability from chronic diseases, promote maternal, infant, and adolescent health, promote healthy personal behaviors, and to accomplish the aforementioned goals in partnership with health and education agencies, major voluntary associations, the private sector, and other federal agencies.
