The Impact of China on Cybersecurity

This report talks about something that is not talked about a lot - China’s cybersecurity. That is, not only Chinese hackers and the damage they cause to other countries (which is the most common topic of discourse), but Chinese victims due to the work of mostly Chinese hackers.
