Abstract:
Discusses the global digital network and malicious cyberspace activities and how they could trigger military actions. Calls for an international agreement as many advanced militaries have cyber attack capabilities. Cyber attack will not win conflicts on its own, but it gives a distinct advantage. How will it shape international negotiation? How will cyberwarfare fit into current methods of conflict? Use cyber capabilities for reconnaissance, information operations, disrupting critical networks, cyber attacks and electronic warfare.
