6 Problems with U.S Intel on Russia Attacks

Abstract:
Despite the widespread agreement among several security analysts that Russia interfered in US 2016 presidential elections, a delayed investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in addition to multiple and contradictory stories by different agencies such as the WikiLeaks and the Government of Russia, has made it impossible to gather sufficient evidence for identifying the attacker. This has led to lack of proper attribution, presenting a huge dilemma to the United States on how to respond, and inflicting fears to the International Community, especially the European Union, which has been on high alert that the same Russian actors might meddle in its elections.
