Abstract: 
An assessment of the progress and gaps in the sustainable development resolutions set forth by the 1992 Rio conference. Completed in four arms based on the three dimensions (economic development, social development and environmental protection). Seperately, each dimension is assessed. Jointly, assessment of how the dimensions move and work together. The commitment of governments and stakeholders to support the sustainable development goals and finally the long term context.
