Abstract: 
A statistical handbook for policymakers and data analysts to monitor and evaluate “information society developments” in developing countries. Contains concrete indicators to monitor progress towards the 10 WSIS targets. Expected to be the main reference tool to review achievements in meeting the WSIS targets in 2015.
