Digital Agenda for Europe

Abstract: 
The Digital Agenda is the European strategy to establish a "flourishing digital economy by 2020."‌ By holding annual Digital Assemblies that bring together national governments, organizations, and companies, the Commission aims to establish a digital single market for Europe, improve standard-setting procedures to enhance the Internet's interoperability, develop a coordinated European response to cyber attacks, invest more in ICT research, bridging the digital divide between generations, and use ICTs to address issues of energy consumption and health services.
