Abstract: 
In the wake of the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Station accident after a magnitude 9.0 earthquake hit off the northeastern coast of Japan on March 11, 2011, Nuclear Regulation Authority was established in Japan as an affiliated organization of Ministry of Environment as part of the reform of nuclear safety regulation in order to win back public confidence on the government work on nuclear safety. Aim to “be zealous in protecting NRA's organizational independence and earnest in keeping its operational transparency” and disseminate transparent information on nuclear regulations and other activities through its website.
