International Strategy for Cyberspace: Prosperity, Security, and Openness in a Networked World

Abstract: 
United States cyberspace policy with the foundation based on reasoning that the networked technology will have a lot of potential for the U.S. The economy benefited but networks presented problems as offline challenges started occurring in cyberspace. International cyberspace policy includes goals to preserve and enhance benefits of cyber networks; presents new challenges to national and economic security; preserve "fundamental freedoms", privacy, and "free flow of information".
