Information Warfare and International Law

Abstract: 
Highlights the inadequacies of international law to take into account information warfare, with special attention to the UN Charter which prohibits the "use of force"‌ or "armed attack,"‌ but does not yet consider information warfare as pertaining to either of those categories.
